Capital Markets Associate

Stradling is looking for a capital markets associate for our Newport Beach office.  The ideal candidate will be a 4-7th year with experience in securities (including SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, IPOs, and experience with 33 and 34 Act, SEC reports, periodic reporting, proxy statements and registration statements.

Salary Range: $285,000-$320,000+
