Represented a major health care institution in connection with $2 billion in construction projects. Our work included the preparation and negotiation of owner/architect, construction management, pre-construction services, and owner/contractor contracts for the construction of medical research project, the imaging center, the acute care hospital tower, a central plant, and ambulatory care facility.
