OC Public Company Resolves Case Brought by Business Intelligence Provider

Represented an Orange County public company in a case alleging fraud and breach of representations and warranties, brought by a provider of business intelligence, mobile software, and cloud-based services.  After more than two years of litigation, the matter settled on terms favorable to our client while our summary judgment motion was pending.
