Act One Ventures Closes Investment in GroWrk

Advised Act One Ventures in its seed investment in Pada Ventures, Inc., dba GroWrk.  Act One acted as lead investor in the Series Pre-Seed Preferred Stock financing round.  Act One is a community focused, early stage venture capital fund based in Los Angeles. GroWrk provides a virtual facilities management platform for remote workforces.
