Act One Ventures Invests in $5.5M Series Seed Round of Worknet

Represented Act One Ventures as the lead investor in the $5.5M Series Seed financing round of Worknet, a developer of a slack-based customer engagement platform that offers prioritized inbox, automated guidance, and networking intelligence. Operator Partners, Founders' Co-op and other undisclosed investors also participated in the round, which put the company's pre-money valuation at $10.45 million.
