AppFolio Completes Acquisition of Dynasty Marketplace, Inc.

Represented AppFolio, Inc. (NASDAQ: APPF) in connection with its acquisition of Dynasty Marketplace, Inc., an advanced artificial intelligence technology provider for the real estate market, for a purchase price of $60 Million, subject to adjustments.
