Assignee Negotiates Favorable Settlement in Auto Repair Shop Class Action

Represented an assignee for the benefit of creditors in an assignment involving a number of auto repair shops in California. We negotiated a settlement among secured creditors and employees who had filed a class action against the assignor in state court. As a result of this settlement and the sale of personal property, we were able to maximize the return to creditors of the failed auto shops.
