Astro Pak Corp. Defends Patent Litigation

Successfully defended Astro Pak, a provider of precision cleaning and passivation services, in patent infringement litigation related to U.S. Patent No 6,969,487 (Denaturing of Biochemical Agent Using an Activated Cleaning Mist) and U.S. Patent No. 7,008,592 (Decontamination Apparatus and Method Using an Activated Cleaning Fluid Mist). The plaintiff also alleged causes of action for false designation of origin, unfair competition, false advertising, and cancellation of trademark arising out of equipment sold to Astro Pak by Tomi (Tomi Environmental Solutions v. Sixlog, Astro Pak Corp.).
