AutoWeb Secures Victory in Intellectual Property Fraud Case

Filed claims in the Central District of California to protect AutoWeb (formerly known as Autobytel) from an international ring of criminals attempting to misuse the client’s intellectual property and corporate goodwill to defraud consumers. Was granted injunctive relief from the Court and with the help of domestic and international law enforcement we froze assets, enforced the Court’s orders across multinational jurisdictions, took down infringing domains and ultimately curtailed the fraud and infringement.
