Represented Baker & Eastlack Capital Management, LLC in connection with the formation of its first venture fund.

Baker & Eastlack Fund I, LP is a venture capital fund created to invest in promising emerging growth companies in the healthcare industry. The Fund will focus on companies that develop medical devices and diagnostic tools that are expected to be eligible for a 510(k) pre-market submission to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, as well as health information technology companies that develop software that enables existing technologies.
