BH Electronics Completes Sale to Patrick Industries

Represented BH Electronics, Inc. in connection with its sale to Patrick Industries, Inc. Financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

BH Electronics is major designer, engineer and manufacturer of custom thermoformed dash panel assemblies, center consoles and trim panels, and complete electrical systems, including wiring harnesses.
