Business Owner Obtains Arbitration Win in M&A Litigation

Defended a seller against allegations that buyer had been defrauded into acquiring a series of dental offices.  After the arbitrator granted our summary judgment motion gutting buyer's $40 million damages claim, the matter settled just weeks before a three week arbitration hearing for 2% of the damages sought with insurance paying nearly the entirety of the settlement amount.
