Cie Digital Labs Invests in Titan School Solutions and ASAP Tire

Represented Cie Digital Labs in connection with its investment in Titan School Solutions, a child nutrition SaaS solutions and services provider for K-12 school districts. This investment follows Cie Digital’s recent early stage investment in ASAP Tire, LLC, a mobile tire installation company. Cie helped ASAP Tire raise $1.8 million from Wavemaker Partners, RezVen Partners and additional undisclosed investors.
