Representing the City of Sacramento as disclosure counsel, we played a major role in a complex financing in which the City and the Sacramento Kings NBA team each provided 50% of construction costs to build Golden 1 Center, a state-of-the-art NBA facility that serves as a hub of significant economic development for the city.
