City of San Marcos Completes $10.5 Million Bond Financing

Served as disclosure counsel on a $10.5 million bond financing secured by special taxes payable by landowners within a community facilities district of the City of San Marcos (San Diego County).  The bonds will refund outstanding obligations of the community facilities district for debt service savings.
