Clark County Issues Airport System Revenue Bonds & Notes for McCarran International Airport

Served as disclosure counsel to Clark County, Nevada, on behalf of its Department of Aviation, which operates McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, in connection with the issuance of a series of second lien Airport System revenue bonds and a series of third lien Airport System revenue notes ($71,270,000, Series 2021A and $125,310,000, Series 2021B).  The proceeds of the bonds and notes were applied to pay off two series of third lien notes that were maturing on June 30, 2021.
