Community Facilities District Monte Bella/City of Salinas Issues Bonds to Support KB Homes Development

Served as bond counsel and disclosure counsel on a bond financing secured by Mello-Roos taxes levied on homes within Improvement Area No. 3 of Community Facilities District No. 2016-1 (Monte Bella) of the City of Salinas, California (Monterey County).  The bond proceeds will be used to acquire public infrastructure benefitting the 78 homes within the Improvement Area, which are being developed by KB Homes.
