Consumer Product Manufacturer/Marketer Successfully Resolves Copyright Infringement Matter

As lead counsel, defended a consumer product manufacturer and marketer against a copyright infringement claim in which the plaintiff sought to injoin the client’s manufacture and sale of a very well-known product.  We filed a counterclaim for cancellation of the alleged copyright. After Parrish took the deposition of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff quickly folded and the client obtained a very favorable resolution and continued to make and market the products at issue.
