Corbel Capital Partners Participates in $20M financing of Nivagen Pharmaceuticals

Represented Corbel Capital Partners in the $20M financing of Nivagen Pharmaceuticals, a pharmaceuticals company that develops and sells difficult to formulate generic and branded prescription drugs for the North American market. As part of the transaction, the company received $20 million of debt financing in the form of a loan and revolver from Corbel Capital Partners and Business Capital.
