Brooklyn Brands, LLC, a portfolio company of independent sponsor The Astor Group, is a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of cookies, cakes, breads and pastries nationwide, primarily branded as Lilly’s Homestyle Bakery and Schick’s Gourmet Bakery. The bakery products are sold at Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and others as both branded and private-label products.
