Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency Raises $2.3 Billion for Toll Road System

Served as bond counsel in the sale of $2.3 billion in bonds for The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor  Barclays Capital Inc. and Goldman Sachs are underwriters on the deal, which included both capital appreciation and convertible capital appreciation bonds.
