National Mortgage Company Secures Dismissal of Trade Secret Case

Represented a national mortgage company in a trade secret case. The plaintiffs were employees who had left the company and stolen trade secrets. We achieved summary dismissal of the state court claims totalling over $10 million, and successfully counter-sued in federal court under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030).
