$3.4 Billion in Bond Financings for State Public Works Board

Stradling has been bond counsel for the State Public Works Board of the State of California for more than a decade. In the last two years we have acted as bond counsel on $3.4 billion of financings for the Board.

These transactions have financed major public improvements across the State of California including:

• educational buildings
• hospitals
• research facilities for the University of California
• classrooms, libraries, and other facilities for the California State University
• several new courthouse projects
• $900 million medical care facility for the State Department of Corrections which will serve as the primary acute medical care facility for inmates statewide
