E-Commerce Company Secures Favorable Settlement in Patent Infringement Litigation

Secured a favorable settlement for an e-commerce company in patent infringement litigation brought by a competitor and its US subsidiary. The company offers cellphone and mobile device accessories, including items such as cases, screen protectors and headphones.
