EnCompass Technologies Closes $6 Million Series A Financing

Advised EnCompass Technologies, Inc. in the first closing of its $6 million Series A financing.  The round was led by Research Corporation Technologies. EnCompass Technologies is developing a medical device designed to capture debris produced or dislodged during cardiovascular procedures in order to reduce the incidence of stroke, cognitive impairment and bleeding.
