Equity Leases for Library Square and the Southern California Gas Company Building

Negotiation of two office leases for approximately 1,000,000 square feet of space in two Los Angeles Central Business District high rise office buildings which were then in the process of being designed and the negotiation of equity participations in the partnerships which developed, owned and operated the two buildings.
