Evantix Successfully Defends Retaliatory Wrongful Termination Case

Represented Evantix GRC, a provider of a SaaS application for managing third-party risk, and certain individuals in a dispute among the company’s founders, in which the plaintiff claimed that defendants breached his employment agreement by failing to pay his deferred salary and severance pay in a retaliatory wrongful termination case. The matter settled on terms favorable to our client.
