Represented Finistere Ventures in connection with its initial investment in Romaine Empire, Inc., (dba Farmer’s Fridge) as part of Romaine Empire’s Series C financing. The round was led by Innovation Endeavors, and included participation by existing financial and strategic investors.

Finistere Ventures is a growth stage venture capital fund based in San Diego and Palo Alto. Romaine Empire makes fresh meals and distributes them through kiosk-style refrigerators, with unpurchased items often donated to local food pantries.
