Represented Flying L Ventures I, LLC in its investment of $10 million into Sightlife Surgical, Inc.’s Series A Preferred Stock Financing. Flying L Ventures I, LLC was formed for the purpose of this investment. Sightlife Surgical, Inc. is a for-profit subsidiary of Sightlife to accelerate Sighlife’s mission of eliminating treatable corneal blindness worldwide by 2040.
