FNC Title Services Completes $105 Million Sale of Falcon Master Holdings to Stewart Title Holdings

Represented FNC Title Services, LLC in the sale of 100% of the membership interests of Falcon Master Holdings, LLC, the holding company of FNC Title Services, to Stewart Title Holdings, Inc. for approximately $105 million.  FNC Title Services is a real estate title company that is a leader in the reverse mortgage industry licensed in over 40 states.  Stewart Title is one of the largest title companies in the United States and is a subsidiary of the publicly traded company Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE: STC).  This was the second transaction for FNC Title in a little over a year.
