Fountain Valley Housing Authority Provides Acquisition Loan to Fountain Valley Housing Partners

Represented the Fountain Valley Family Housing Partners in its closing of escrow on a 1.95 acre parcel on Harbor Boulevard with funding by the Fountain Valley Housing Authority.  The Housing Authority will provide a total investment of $8,200,000 in FVFHP’s development and operation of a new 50-unit affordable housing project, with permanent supportive housing, on the site.
