Gallant Acquires Aerostar Group

Represented Gallant Capital in its acquisition of all the outstanding secured debt and equity of Aerostar Aerospace Manufacturing on behalf of the buyer, an affiliate of client Gallant Capital. Based in Phoenix, Aerostar is a manufacturer of precision machined components for commercial aircraft and aircraft engines.
