Gallant Capital Sells Reveal Data to K1 Investment Management
Stradling client Gallant Capital Partners announced the sale of Reveal Data Solutions to a fund sponsored by K1 Investment Management. K1 Investment Management will merge Reveal Data Solutions with Brainspace, and the combined company will be one of the largest and most technologically advanced e-discovery software providers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
