GE Capital Defends TCPA Class Action

Represented GE Capital in a TCPA class action, in which the plaintiff alleged that GE Capital placed repeated calls to class members on their cellphones related to accounts that didn't belong to them and without receiving prior consent to make those calls using an automated dialing system or prerecorded voice. We litigated the matter through class certification.
