Global Environmental Consulting Firm Defeats Class Certification

Defeated class certification in class action brought on behalf of employees of a global environmental consulting firm.  After an extensive deposition of the lead plaintiff and interviews of employees at various locations in California, not only did the court deny class certification but the lead plaintiff was determined to not be an adequate class representative.
