Green Cheek Beer Company, LLC completed an acquisition of target assets from Valiant Brewing Company, LLC, including its brewing facility located in Orange, California. The transaction by Green Cheek Beer Company, LLC marks the beginning of the much anticipated new craft beer venture in Orange County by industry veterans Evan Price and Brian Rauso.
