HAAWK Acquires TuneRegistry. Inc. and Royalty Claim

Represented HAAWK, Inc. in connection with the purchase of substantially all the assets of both TuneRegistry, Inc. and Royalty Claim, two related digital media rights management companies. 

HAAWK polices UGC video platforms for unauthorized usage of content (music, film, TV, video, and photos) and distributes content through retail channels, and is backed by Stradling clients Rincon Venture Partners and Frontier VC. TuneRegistry offers an all-in-One music and rights metadata management platform for indie artists, and Royalty claim allows artists to search, find and claim unclaimed music royalties.
