Health & Wellness Company Responds to California Food, Drug & Medical Task Force Investigation

Currently representing a health and wellness company in an investigation by the California Food, Drug, and Medical Device Task Force (a joint consumer protection effort of the District Attorneys of Alameda, Marin, Monterey, Napa, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Solano, and Sonoma Counties) for alleged violations of California’s false advertising and unfair competition laws (CA Bus. & Prof. Code § 17500 et seq. and § 17200 et seq.).
