HOM Real Estate Group Completes Sale of its Escrow Business

Represented HOM Real Estate Group, Inc. (“HOM”) in connection with the sale of its escrow services business (the “Versal Escrow Business”) to FNF Escrow Holdings II, LLC (“FNF”). The joint venture will be managed by FNF and operate the Versal Escrow Business.

HOM is in the business of residential real estate sales and services located in southern California. FNF is a subsidiary of Fidelity National Title Group, a leading provider of title insurance and escrow services.
