HOM Sotheby’s Completes Sale to Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty

Represented HOM Sotheby’s (“HOM”) in connection with its sale to San Diego-based Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, thereby creating one of the world’s largest Sotheby’s franchises. Pursuant to the transaction, Pacific Sotheby’s will acquire 12 Sotheby’s International Realty offices in Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties, creating a chain with more than 30 offices that stretch from Long Beach to the Mexican border.
