Imaginal Systematics Secures $5 Million Jury Verdict & Multi-Million Dollar Settlement in Pair of Patent Infringement Cases

Secured victories in two patent cases for Imaginal Systematics, a bedding industry manufacturer, in the Central District of California against Leggett & Platt (NYS: LEG).  In the first case, we won a $5 million jury verdict after winning summary judgment on infringement and validity, then upheld the results on appeal.  In the second case, we secured a multi-million settlement after winning summary judgment that the defendant willfully infringed Imaginal’s patents.
