InTouch Completes its Acquisition of TruClinic

Represented InTouch Technologies, Inc. (“InTouch”) in connection with its acquisition of TruClinic, Inc. (“TruClinic”). The acquisition of TruClinic’s web-based direct-to-consumer virtual care solutions will allow patients to now initiate and receive a consultation with their health system physician from their home. Financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed. 

InTouch is a leading provider of telehealth solutions based in Santa Barbara, California. The InTouch Telehealth Network connects more than 1,500 hospital locations globally and over 4,500 physician specialists enabling urgent telehealth care. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, TruClinic services the healthcare industry by providing web-based telemedicine solutions.
