Jet Health, Inc. Acquires Home Health Investments, LLC

Represented Jet Health, Inc. in its acquisition of Colorado based Home Health Investments, LLC. This transaction will help Jet Health become a leading provider of home health services in America and expand their services into two new markets. The financial terms were not disclosed.

Jet Health, Inc. is a new company in the home health industry, founded in April 2016. They provide skilled nursing care, physical, speech and occupational therapy, medical social services, and personal care and companion services. Home Health Investments, LLC is also a home health services company that provides services from offices located in Denver and Grand Junction, Colorado.
