International Pharmaceutical Company Successfully Defends $38 Million Lawsuit

Successfully represented an international pharmaceutical company in a lawsuit in which the bank defendant alleged that our client breached the parties' credit agreement by failing to apply certain proceeds to repay term loans, failing to submit a financial plan no later than 15 days prior to the beginning of the fiscal year and failed to pay default interest.
