Orange County Public Company Wins Summary Judgment in Contract Dispute

Secured summary judgment on behalf of an OC publicly traded company, arising out of the alleged breach of a licensing agreement. The licensor claimed it was owed a significant share of the $145 million in revenues generated by our client.  The court held that the contract's unambiguous language did not entitle the licensor to a portion of these revenues.  The matter settled shortly thereafter on favorable terms.
