Stradling represented Lloyd Design Corporation (dba Lloyd Mats) in its sale to Covercraft Industries, LLC,  a portfolio company of private equity fund Audax Private Equity. 

Lloyd Mats, based in Northridge, California, is an industry leading manufacturer of custom fit carpeted floor and cargo mats for cars, trucks, vans, SUVs and RVs.
