Nexus Biosystems Defends Contract and Trademark Lawsuit

Represented Nexus Biosystems, Inc. (now part of Brooks) as a defendant and counterclaimant in a breach of contract and trademark dispute with Wako Chemicals USA, Inc. arising out of Nexus’s manufacture of components for automated biomedical analyses.The case settled on terms favorable to the company (Wako Chemicals USA, Inc. v. Nexus Biosystems).
