Oaktree Portfolio Company, Hanley Wood, Enters Into Credit Agreement With Webster Bank

Represented Hanley Wood, a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management, in connection with its entry into a credit agreement with Webster Bank, National Association in order to borrow funds to pay a dividend and for future acquisitions.

Hanley Wood provides information, media, event and strategic marketing services primarily to the residential and commercial design and construction industries. This marks the fifth financing that Dayan Rosen has worked on with Hanley Wood in the past three years.  Hanley Wood did not seek a third-party solvency opinion in connection the dividend recapitalization.
