OC Public Company Defends Patent Infringement Matter Regarding Three-Dimensional Geological Modeling

Represented an OC public company in a patent infringement case brought by Dynamic 3D alleging that Schlumberger's Petrel E&P software platform infringed a patent for a method and system for dynamic three-dimensional geological modeling. The case was settled favorably following a mediation in June of 2016 (Dynamic 3D Geosolutions LLC v. Schlumberger Ltd., et al).
