Ocotillo Holdings Closes Convertible Debt Financing

Represented Ocotillo Holdings, LLC, in the closing of its first tranche of convertible debt financing from undisclosed investors in a private transaction.

Ocotillo is the parent entity of Harland Brewing Co, LLC (craft brewery), Claxton Cellars, LLC (wine brand) and Scout Distribution, LLC (independently-owned wine and beer distribution company), based in San Diego County. Scout recently partnered with Societe Brewing Company to begin delivering its craft beer throughout San Diego County.
